Your primary role will be to manage client accounts specifically in relation to website requirements, overseeing tasks such as maintenance requests and billing information. Here's a snapshot of your key responsibilities: Job Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients, exceeding their expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their website-related needs, including maintenance requests, billing details, and specific requirements.
  • Effectively communicate client expectations to the internal team, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients, keeping them informed about progress and milestones.
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges or issues during the project, maintaining a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ensure swift resolution of any client concerns to uphold positive relationships.
  • Educate clients on our services, innovative offerings, and technological advancements to enhance their understanding and facilitate informed decision-making.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a Key Account Manager role, with a warm welcome to fresh graduates eager to contribute.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to seamlessly navigate interactions with both clients and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with web development and design processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and client relationship management software.
  • Analytical mindset to discern client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills coupled with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
