Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team as a Head, Group Human Resource (Vice President) Location: Bangsar South, KL Salary: Up to RM 11,000 - 16,000Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We're urgently seeking a talented Head, Group Human Resource (Vice President) to join our team in Bangsar South, KL. JOB DESCRIPTION: Role: Head, Group Human Resource (Vice President) General Job Summary: As the Head of Group Human Resource, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR plans, overseeing operations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Your insights and expertise will drive our company's mission and strategy forward. Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and recommending improved operating policies and procedures.
• Providing guidance to line managers on HR matters.
• Ensuring efficiency in salary and benefits administration.
• Developing manpower plans to meet business goals.
• Recruiting and retaining top talent.
• Participating in relevant surveys and managing vendors.
• Leading HR projects and providing guidance to team members.
• Providing input on other HR matters as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR management experience, including leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strategic thinking and organizational development skills
• Notice: One to two months' notice period

Preferred (Advantage) :

• HR and management experience in companies with 500-1000 employees
• HR and management experience in the banking industry
