As a key member of our team, you'll report directly to the Marketing Category Manager, driving the successful execution of marketing plans within your designated category and overseeing promotional campaigns across the organization. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including: - Crafting compelling marketing materials for product-related categories across various channels, such as TV, Catalogue, Radio, Press, Digital, and Social Media. - Ensuring seamless campaign implementation in-store by developing impactful point-of-sale materials. - Collaborating with the Marketing Category Manager to shape and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. - Upholding brand guidelines and aligning them with category plans. - Cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders, our in-house creative team, and external agencies. To thrive in this role, you'll need a relevant tertiary qualification and a minimum of three years' experience in marketing campaign management. You should possess a broad understanding of marketing and category management techniques, coupled with a proactive, team-oriented approach. With excellent attention to detail and communication skills, you'll excel at multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
