Full job description
Key Responsibilities:- Source, identify and deliver high quality talent to meet business needs.
- Administer and ensure hiring lead time/ service Level agreement (SLA) as per the Company’s requirements and standards.
- Arrange and conduct interview process for selected group of employees as determined by the Company.
- Coordinate and participate in any recruitment initiatives such as career fairs, walk-in interview, career talk, collaboration with higher Institution, etc.
- Provide excellent internal customer service, work closely with hiring managers and candidates to close assignments successfully.
- Write effective recruitment advertisement and advertise to all potential channels not limited to Job Boards, Social Media and ATS Applicant Tracking System.
- Prepare and maintain tracking and weekly report on recruitment progress (i.e.: recruitment budget utilization, lead time of hiring, number of hiring, etc.,) for the next course of actions and improvements.
- Direct and oversee foreign worker recruitment and onboarding processes, with a focus on coordinating and managing external agency partnerships.
- Other tasks to be assigned from time to time.
- Min Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or any related discipline.
- At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidates with working experience in Retail, F&B, FMCG, Healthcare and Manufacturing hiring would be an added advantage.
- Candidates with mass recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a pre-requisite.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Able to solve problems proactively and work in fast paced.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills, mature, resourceful and independent.
- Multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadline.
