Market Research and Prospecting:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through methods such as cold calling networking and social media.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients understanding their needs and offering suitable products/services.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers about product specifications pricing and terms.
Sales Execution:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients.
Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management regularly.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 5 7 years experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
  • Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
