PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support) The  Singapore Medical Association (SMA) , the professional body for medical doctors in Singapore, invites suitably qualified applicants for the position of: Senior / Executive - Business & Partnership Development You will work closely with the Manager to manage and grow the Singapore Medical Association’s (SMA) marketing and partnership platforms, and contribute to revenue growth. Job Highlights:

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide marketing and administrative support to the Manager in achieving business and partnership development targets, including:
(a) To manage potential and current partners/clients to provide relevant content for our members (e.g. professional development activities, advertisements, lifestyle promotions, etc); (b) To handle standard enquiries and process orders; (c) To liaise with partners/clients on timely receipt of materials for advertisements and approval of content; (d) To upload job postings on the SMA Jobs webpage; (e) To follow up on the prompt settlement of billings; (f) To track orders and billings in an Excel spreadsheet, and prepare sales and other reports as required.
  • To provide administrative support for Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities, including:
(a) To submit applications and claims for CME points to the Singapore Medical Council (SMC); (b) To provide support for events, as and when required.  
  • Any other responsibilities as required by the Manager or the Chief Administrator.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree with 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and generally IT-savvy
  • Responsible, meticulous and follows up on tasks promptly
  • Willing to learn and takes pride in work
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player who appreciates the importance of team work
