  • Manage CEOs calendar schedule meetings and coordinate appointments efficiently ensuring optimal use of time.
  • Provide administrative support handling correspondence and preparing documentation effectively.
  • Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and facilitate communication for enhanced productivity.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders fostering effective relationships.
  • Assist in managing projects conducting research and ensuring confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively proactively addressing issues to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices relevant to the role collaborating with teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Track items requiring CEO review ensuring timelines are met and goals accomplished.
  • Create agendas to focus CEOs activities during trips on highimpact tasks.
  • Execute special projects aligned with CEO initiatives providing additional support as needed.
  • Provide additional support to the CEO as required adapting to changing priorities and demands.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in executive support and technical assistance preferably in a technologyoriented company.
  • Proficiency in calendar management scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Technical proficiency in IT troubleshooting and support.
  • Knowledge of information security protocols and data privacy regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive problemsolving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and fastpaced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools.
