• Overall Quality Champion: Oversees all aspects of product, customer, and supplier quality at the site.
• Quality Standards Expert: Ensures the site meets ISO 9001 and other quality registrations.
• Quality Improvement Leader: Manages reviews, sets quality goals, and implements quality governance systems.
• Team Builder: Provides resources and trains quality personnel to achieve company objectives.
• Internal Audit Champion: Leads a team to ensure business processes meet quality standards.
• Customer Advocate: Builds relationships, manages data, and resolves customer quality concerns.
• Supplier Partner: Manages supplier relationships, provides feedback, and improves supplier capabilities.
• Product Quality Guardian: Works with operations to prevent defects and ensure outgoing product quality.

• 12+ years quality experience, and at least 4 years as a Director highly preferred.
• Experience in quality and manufacturing systems and techniques including ISO 9001, SPC, TQM and customer/supplier management required
• Experience in welding and/or electromechanical assemblies, system integration
• Strong working knowledge of Statistical data analysis, and ability to analyze data to present information
• Experience and effective capabilities with ISO 9001 and continuous improvement methods (8D)
