Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our operations team in Nigeria. As the Operations Specialist you will support the director of operations in coordinating the operational excellence of our company in Nigeria ensuring we deliver highquality service efficiently and effectively. You will oversee all aspects of our operations from general operations to clinical services people and finance.

Responsibilities

Clinic Coordination
  • Coordinate the activities of Platos online clinic to ensure patient satisfaction
  • Support clinicians to monitor outcomes and metrics that matter to patients
  • Constantly appraise the care delivery process and drive improvement measures
  • Collaborate with the customer success team in onboarding independent clinicians to ensure delivery of highquality care
  • Provide consultative support to customers through their onboarding process
  • Guide and support members in choosing plans
  • Oversee the operational process of matching members to care teams.
People
  • Support management in conducting performance management
  • Support recruitment and keep track of company needs for talents
  • Provide support to other Platos employees and ensure cultural fit
General Operations
  • Support the Director of Operations and delivery to establish and refine the operating system of the business
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of necessary supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors to place orders track deliveries and resolve any issues related to inventory management.
  • Coordinate the process of fulfilling customer s orders via approved vendors
  • Finance: Manage cash flow for Platos Health Nigeria banking relations pay salary
  • Administration: Ensure smooth operations of Platos Health office in Nigeria

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration Operations Management Healthcare Administration or any related field.
  • 13 years experience in operations management with some experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accountability and collaborative skills with a high degree of ethical standards and integrity.
  • Good people management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Detailoriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and a Nigerian language is required.
