Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design machine learning solutions for diverse use-cases, including churn prediction, time-series forecasting, and personalization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models, leveraging both open-source algorithms and proprietary techniques for training custom neural networks.
• Work closely with data engineers and AI agents to ensure seamless integration of data sources and effective data wrangling for model training.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our autonomous AI service by researching and implementing cutting-edge machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models in production, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand user feedback and iterate on machine learning models for improved accuracy and effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in machine learning, and actively share knowledge within the team.

• Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a focus on developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and experience in deploying machine learning models on cloud infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and their practical applications.
• Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and working with large-scale datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
