For more information, log on to Job Summary: As a business consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, managing client relationships, and leading teams of consultants to deliver high-quality solutions. Your role will involve strategic planning, project management and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1.Business analysis: Responsible for analysing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. This will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution along with development teams. In parallel, perform benchmarking of competing products and functionalities in the market. 2.Digital transformation: Be the client facing SME on Digital transformation offerings and is savvy with technology and current trends. 3.Project Management: Lead and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. 4.Client Success Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Client Success Leaders/Account Managers, clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored consulting services to address their challenges. 5.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor teams of consultants, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their professional development and project success. 6.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans, identify business opportunities, and drive growth initiatives for the consulting practice. 7.Tools & techniques: Hands-on experience with documentation (all level of process maps, data analysis, requirement gathering, client presentations etc)8.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on project outcomes. 9.Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the development of intellectual capital, best practices, and thought leadership within the organization. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. •Proven experience (4-6 years) in management consulting with experience in global delivery model, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects and client engagements. •Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver results. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams. •Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to client challenges. •Business development experience, including lead generation, proposal writing, and client presentations. •Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. •Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PGMP) are a plus.
