HR Business Partner We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner to join the o9 Solutions team. In this role, you will be critical in ensuring HR adds value to the overall business, providing HR solutions, resolving employee issues, and retaining a talented workforce. You will also serve as main point of contact for management and employees globally for specific business functions. What you’ll do for us…
- Consult with leadership and employee to provide daily HR guidance.
- Develop and nurture partnerships to bridge the divide between management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Monitor attrition and retention and work on strategies to ensure healthy attrition management.
- Improve and work with business closely for performance management, compensation management.
- Provide input on workforce planning and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring.
- Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR purview
- Consult regularly with management and provide guidance when appropriate.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions.
- Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
- Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
- Outstanding people and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in the technology industry or with technical functions highly preferred.
