Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract passive candidates for specialized positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, job boards, and industry events to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to search for, screen, and assess potential candidates, ensuring a high-quality talent pool.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals, motivations, and aspirations.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform talent acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools, industry best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to share insights, best practices, and candidate recommendations.
  • Mentor and coach recruiters, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators to inform decision-making and optimize processes.
Qualifications:
  • At least four (4) years of experience in executive search, headhunting, or specialized recruitment.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in a senior or leadership role.
  • Must have a stable employment history
  • Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and other recruitment technology platforms.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with candidates and clients to secure successful hires and agreements.
