The Client Services Officer is responsible for delivering services to customers as part of the finance management team. Their function is to act as liaison and guarantee good communication between branch operations, leasing, and tenants, as well as finance HO. They are the primary point of contact and secondary support when there are additional questions that need explaining post-Manage Engine to ensure that all concerns are addressed. Qualifications:
- Minimum four (4) years of work experience in general accounting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and auditing procedures.
- Proficient in accounting systems and processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook.
- Good organizational and decision-making skills.
