  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivables and Credit & Collection teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline billing, invoicing, and collection processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on departmental performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven 5 years experience in a managerial or leadership role overseeing Accounts Receivables and Credit & Collection functions.
  • Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, credit management, and collection processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial software applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • This role will support during North America hours (night shift)
  • Work set-up is currently hybrid
