Job Summary As an Account Executive at Expertise.com, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and selling high-value solutions to businesses. Our ideal candidate is skilled in consultative selling, experienced in progressing deals involving multiple stakeholders, and has a successful track record of closing deals valued over $1,000 per month or $12,000 per year. Additionally, you will be responsible for the research and identification of key stakeholders within target organizations, developing communication strategies and driving multi-channel engagement campaigns. Duties and Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales: Understand our clients' unique needs, challenges, and goals, and provide tailored solutions that address those specific pain points.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Research & Identification of Key Stakeholders: Thoroughly research and identify the individuals who hold decision-making authority within potential client organizations.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline, focusing on high-value opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and industry trends to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients.
- Sales Process: Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Communication Strategy: Comfortable engaging with client stakeholders through a variety of channels. You should be competent in drafting high-impact emails, confident on the phone, and present well in a visual environment.
- Proven experience in consultative sales, with a track record of successfully selling high-value solutions to businesses.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and navigate complex sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in SAAS or B2B Sales.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use sales and CRM tools effectively.
- Knowledge of the Digital marketing market is a plus.
