The ELITE Program Coordinator I (EPC) supports the Veteran Coach Manager (VCM), Veteran Coach (VC), and Lead ELITE Program Coordinator (LEPC). The ELITE Program Coordinator I will perform various administrative support duties for an individual, group, or department to ensure team operations run smoothly and efficiently. This will include, managing and organizing their VC’s email account and calendar activities, and creating and keeping track of attendance sheets for veteran clients in the given pipeline, strategy sessions, C&P sessions, additional live classes, etc. The EPC I will compile reports, disseminate information, ensure the security and compliance of information, and manage team meeting calendars. The EPC I will remain knowledgeable of group/department policies. They will be in consistent and steady communication with veteran clients. May make contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature. Mid‐level support role. Completes routine tasks under moderate supervision. Typically requires at least 1 year of related experience —reports to VC, LEPC, VCM, and ADMSS.

- Support and communicate with VACI clients as needed in accordance with the ELITE Service Guide (to include call, email, and text communications).
- Working 1:1 with VC to ensure veteran clients receive ELITE Service.
- Act as a CRM (Insider Portal and Pipedrive).
- Act as SME (subject matter expert) for your VC ensuring all contacts, deals, etc are labeled correctly and that mandatory data entries are correctly filled out.
- Support the Chief of Staff and Operations Department by adhering to Engagement policies, procedures, and practices.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Create presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets, and databases as required.
- Be on duty at the hours agreed to and approved by your VC, company hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. This is a full-time assignment.
- Assist veteran clients with uploading documents to IP.
- Guide and direct veterans to VACI ONE classes; providing times of classes and meeting links
- Perform 3x3x3 in accordance with company policy
- Occasionally assist ADSS with training new team members.
- Other administrative duties as needed/assigned.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Experience with using a CRM
- Methodical and logical thinking, able to carry out day-to-day tasks with little supervision
- Use initiative to identify problems and provide solutions
- Competency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Problem-Solving skills
- Time-Management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Knowledge of Zoom Dialer
- Reliable and able to work on own initiative
- Deadline conscious
- 1 or more years of customer service experience
- 1 or more years of Administrative Assistant experience
- Must have your own home office set-up and equipment, including a computer, or laptop with a functional camera & audio. As well as high-speed internet.
- Experience working with Veterans is a plus.
- BPO experience
- Associate's Degree in a related field.
