Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate who excels in the digital landscape, specifically with profound knowledge and experience in YouTube Music Content Management Systems (CMS). The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a solid background in managing social media platforms, enhancing our digital presence, and engaging our audience through compelling content. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies for YouTube content optimization to maximize reach and engagement. Manage our music content across various platforms, ensuring smooth operations within the YouTube CMS. Collaborate with the content creation team to plan, produce, and optimize video content. Monitor analytics to inform strategies, increase viewership, and drive content performance. Engage with our community across social media platforms, fostering positive relationships and promoting brand visibility. Stay updated with the latest YouTube trends, policies, and best practices to advise and implement necessary changes. Requirements: Candidate with a strong passion for digital media and music. YouTube Certification and comprehensive knowledge of the YouTube platform and Music CMS. Proven experience in social media management and content creation. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
