About the role The Digital Account Manager plays a pivotal role within our company, joining our highly talented Client Services Department. Drawing from experience in a digital marketing background, you will be client-focused and have the ability to plan, implement and manage workflow and communicate our industry-leading solutions to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an agency delivering quality at a high service level for our clients across varying industries. Ideally, we're looking for:
- Someone who has had hands on digital marketing experience across PPC, SEO, Socials, Email Marketing and/or Web Builds
- Someone who is fluent in digital marketing results and strategies. As an example you will be able to confidently pull together a digital marketing report or strategy and present it confidently to a room of clients.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring junior team members in areas of digital marketing
- A proactive team player who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and help with all areas of the business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude and a proactive mindset
- Someone who can hit the ground running and can work well in a high pressure agency environment
- Have prior experience in a relevant field. I.e. business, marketing, economics, communication or advertising
- A deep understanding of business/advertising/marketing
- Demonstrated experience providing exceptional client/customer service, ideally in a role that requires relationship management
- Managing a defined portfolio of client activity including paid media campaigns, SEO strategies, web builds and social media management services alongside an inhouse team of dedicated analysts
- Owning and pursuing proactive, rather than reactive, client service opportunities to surprise and delight clients on a sustained basis
- Working with the junior client team members, creative, marketing and technology teams to execute work product including SEO, SEM, social, web, automation and design projects
- Managing client comms and re-signings and scopings to achieve targeted portfolio growth (no new business sales, just existing business)
