• A cross-functional team of [number of team members] in the management and execution of a $10 million T&M program, ensuring on-time and within-budget project delivery.

• Established and maintained strong client relationships, resulting in a 20% increase in program revenue over [number of years].

• Oversaw program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, consistently meeting or exceeding financial targets.

Implemented risk mitigation strategies, resulting in a 25% reduction in project risks and issues.

• Core Areas of Expertise:

• Outstanding project and program leader, able to coordinate and direct all phases of project-based efforts while managing, motivating and guiding teams.

• Expertise in planning & implementing program /projects as per the time, budget, quality and work specifications

• Strong communication skills with special focus on business & organizations communications to technical and nontechnical teams across delivery organization to build effective cross functional teams.

• Strong experience in working with India, Europe, North American and APAC geographies.

• Banking Domain experience, preferably Transaction Banking.

• Managing large programs with revenue more than $10 Million in T&M side person from Services or Product Organisation managing big program with the revenue.

• Excellent Stakeholder management skills up to CXO level both internally & externally.

• Drive team for OTIF delivery and manage Risk, Risk Mitigation & Compliances.

• Responsible for Growth , RPR and profitability as per Organisation guidelines

• 15-20 years of experience in Tier 1 Services Organisation , from strong Banking domain, delivery & customer expectations background
