Then read on. About the Role Responsible for department administrative duties and coordinating the activities for the department in a timely manner. Department Support (15%):
- Assist new agents onboarding and participate in new agents onboarding logistic arrangements.
- Managing the building maintenance including office for agencies.
- Attend to telephone call and take appropriate actions.
- Responsible for department meeting arrangement and ensure update of progress status on periodic basis.
- Keep track and monitor of agents’ business progress report and activities.
- Check department staff claims.
- Check and monitor travelling claims for dept staff.
- Keep track on staff internal/ external training.
- Monitor department staff leave records to ensure proper work activities management.
- Design business flyers and collaterals for short and long-term incentive.
- Keep track of departmental expenses and highlight to Head of Department to ensure proper control.
- Prepare quarterly and monthly breakdown expenses to Finance upon receiving their instructions.
- Check invoices against quotations.
- Ensure payments are in accordance to the Compliance Guidelines before seeking approval.
- Preparing the periodic management reports, including regional reporting (contests, daily reporting).
- Min. Diploma holder and above.
- Min. 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably from the insurance industry.
- Independent and possesses good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office i.e., Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
