Business Development Engineer, Mechanical

About the Company

Our client was established in 2016 and has been growing over the years as one of the industrial specialists in design, engineering, and supply of Cleanroom architecture products for Cleanroom application up to Class 1 cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop sustainable business strategy and action plans to ensure sales growth and profitability.
2. Drive project sales growth through EPCs, consultants, contractors, and end users.
3. Develop a close relationship with customers to generate potential business.
4. Understand Project sales cycle and key stakeholders.
5. Work closely with Design/ Technical team and communicate with the factory.
6. Responsible for offer preparation and tender submission.
7. Aware of market intelligence, FDIs, competitions, price, and product lead time.
8. Attend and provide technical and product training to customers.
9. Work closely with authorities/ consultants and end users for product approval and certifications.

Job Requirements

Minimum a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Civil Engineering or relevant professional qualifications. Minimum 2 years working experience in the industry, Cleanroom/ Construction relevant is a plus. Customer focus, good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently, under pressure, meeting deadlines, and willing to travel. Good command of written and spoken English, Malay, and Chinese.

Remuneration

Up to RM 6,500
