Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
- Lead on ground activations for all Zydus Wellness brands
- Develop comprehensive framework to successfully build activation as critical pillar for driving brand growth
- Identify avenues of connecting to consumers on ground to increase brand visibility and drive trails/awareness
- Bring innovation in activation mechanics, making Zydus Wellness best-in-class in our categories
- Build calendar for activity & program in line with business & brand objective
- Collaborate with internal teams in planning/implementing effective activation programs, Example: School contact program, College activation, Mall activations Consumer connects, On ground visibility
- Identify opportunities to improve consumer experience and optimizing cost by finding the right partner
- Responsible for managing agencies starting from briefing to delivery of activation campaigns
- Ensure execution of plans and evaluation of competition
- Monthly/Quarterly review with internal stake holders
- Manage & supervise activations closely to ensure seamless operations
- Graduate in any discipline with an MBA in Marketing
- 8 - 10 years of professional experience
- Must have consumer activation experience and on ground activation experience
