E-learning Developer 100% remote from India

Alphanumeric Systems is hiring an e-Learning developer to work Remote from India for a temporary project (until September 2024 with the possibility to extend until Q1 2025),working with Articulate Storyline 360. This role is available to both freelance contractors and to people working through a fixed term contract of employment. Description :

• The position is responsible for contributing to storyboarding, authoring and development of eLearning content.
• Develop engaging and interactive eLearning content and assessments.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and create effective learning experiences.
• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and navigation systems within eLearning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve issues related to functionality, usability, and accessibility.

• 3+ years experience in a functional training role with emphasis on eLearning training
• development.
• Experience focus should be with eLearning design and development
• Demonstrated ability with Articulate Storyline 360 is required (samples to see would be
• preferred)
• Must be proficient in understanding learning theory and sound instructional design
• techniques
• Demonstrated ability with other eLearning authoring tools would be advantageous
• High level of experience in MS PowerPoint development would be advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Must be able to work independently and within a team environment
• Must be customer service focused
