- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support recruiters in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, drafting job descriptions, and conducting reference checks.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not required.
