Role: Non-IT Recruiter (US Process) Location: Madhapur, Durgam Cheruvu, Hyderabad Schedule – Onsite at Office (Monday to Friday) OR Remote option available for out of state applicants. Shift: Night Shift (EST Time)***US NON IT Experience is MUST*** Please apply if you have US Non IT candidate sourcing experience. We are seeking high energy, hardworking, individuals to join our Non - IT Recruiting Teams. Comprehensive training and on-going development will be provided to support your career progression as well. Fluent English Should have 2 – 5 years of experience in sourcing, filling Non-IT requirements in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Finance, Banking, Pharma, Medical devices, etc. Should be expert in sourcing skills through job portals, social media such as LinkedIN and X Ray Search. Should know how to make boolean strings and experiment with different sourcing techniques. Be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Be familiar with Ceipal ATS.
