Job Description Role: Senior Executive - Fundraising Location: Remote/ Hybrid Experience: 3-5 years About the Organisation Go Dharmic is an international humanitarian and environmental NGO, working to bring people together to spread love and compassion through a diverse array of social action campaigns. It was started by Hanuman Dass in 2011 to promote universal compassionate action. Inspired by the concept of ‘Dharma’, Go Dharmic has over 10,000 volunteers globally and works tirelessly as an ambassador of peace across the globe through extensive campaigns for: Environmental Action, Poverty Alleviation, Education and Skill Development, Health and Sanitation, Hunger, and Crisis Response. The founding philosophy is to “Love All. Feed All. Serve All.” Go Dharmic has 5 offices: London (England), Glasgow (Scotland), Ahmedabad (India), Kolkata (India), and Georgia (USA). Job Description - Partnerships and FundraisingManager (2-3 years of experience) Job Summary: As the Partnerships and Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to raise funds and create new partnership opportunities between corporate organizations and Go Dharmic. You will also be responsible to liaise with existing partner/ donor organizations and ensure regular communications with them. With at least two years of experience in partnership and fundraising, Your role will be crucial in sustaining and expanding our campaigns to make a positive difference in the community. Responsibilities: 1. Fundraising Strategy: Develop comprehensive fundraising strategies and action plans to achieve financial targets for CSR projects. 2. Corporate Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, identifying new opportunities for collaboration and funding. 3. Donor Engagement: Engage with potential donors and existing supporters to build long-term relationships and secure financial contributions. 4. Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive and compelling funding proposals, grant applications, and sponsorship pitches to attract corporate support. 5. Budget Management: Oversee the budgeting process for CSR projects, ensuring financial targets are met, and funds are allocated appropriately. 6. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of partnerships executives, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. 7. Networking: Represent the organisation at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to promote our CSR initiatives and attract potential donors. 8. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates on fundraising progress, outcomes, and impact for presentation to senior management and corporate partners. 9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical fundraising practices. 10. Innovation: Stay updated on market trends and best practices in partnerships and fundraising and implement innovative strategies to enhance fundraising efforts. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's and/ or Master’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Sales and Marketing, Nonprofit Management, etc.) or equivalent work experience. 2. Fundraising Experience: Minimum three years of progressive experience in fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit organisation or related CSR environment. 3. Corporate Fundraising: Proven track record in successfully securing funds from corporate donors, sponsors, and partners. 4. Team Management: Experience in managing and leading fundraising teams to achieve targets and objectives. 5. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with corporate partners and high-net-worth individuals. 6. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to create compelling fundraising materials and presentations. 7. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse fundraising data, measure performance, and use insights to improve strategies. 8. Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet fundraising targets and drive revenue growth. 9. Flexibility: Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively. 10. Passion for Social Impact: A genuine passion for making a positive impact on society through nonprofit initiatives. Benefits Full-time (flexible hours), permanent.
