Job Description: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Company Overview: Our company is a leading sheet metal manufacturing firm specializing in high-quality products for various industries. We are committed to innovation, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth. As the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Leverage your deep knowledge of the sheet metal industry to drive growth and profitability.
  • Identify new opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
Cost Optimization:
  • Implement cost-cutting measures without compromising quality.
  • Analyze production costs, material expenses, and labor utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cost efficiency.
Welding Processes and Fabrication:
  • Understand welding techniques, materials, and quality standards.
  • Oversee welding operations to ensure product integrity.
  • Drive continuous improvement in welding processes.
New Line Setup and Product Development:
  • Lead the setup of new production lines for expanding product portfolios.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize line efficiency.
  • Champion new product development initiatives.
Profit & Loss Management:
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and margins.
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary targets.
Organizational Leadership:
  • Assume full responsibility for the organization when the owner is unavailable.
  • Foster a positive work culture, emphasizing teamwork and employee development.
  • Mentor and guide senior leadership.
Stakeholder Relations:
  • Build strong relationships with investors, suppliers, and customers.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Act as a point of contact for key stakeholders.
Risk Management:
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to operations, market dynamics, and regulatory changes.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior leadership role within the sheet metal industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, and material selection.
  • Track record of successful new product launches.
  • Financial acumen and ability to interpret P&L statements.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
