Business Analyst

Job Purpose and Scope: Assist the Global Head of Agri Operations in driving the agenda and provide timely support through follow-ups, internal team connections, documentation, and coordination to key managers servicing the stakeholders. Key Accountabilities: •Actively drive initiatives and implement strategies as part of the long-term goals. •Publish budget versus actual reports, including monthly and year-to-date data sheets. •Conduct as-is analysis of current processes in Seed R&D, cultivation, and contracting to identify improvement areas. •Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify sustainable opportunities. •Enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implement improvements. •Collaborate with IT to drive digitization projects within the department. •Coordinate with key stakeholders across Agri Field, R&D, and Plant operations to ensure seamless communication and project continuity Qualifications, Experience & Skills Education: •MBA – Finance/Operations Experience: •1-3 years of experience Skills & Competencies: •Strong Communication Skills •Customer Focus •Detail oriented •Organizational/Project Management •Competency in Microsoft Office Direct Reporting : Global Head – Agriculture Operations
