Reporting to the Director of Overseas Market, the appointee is expected to lead, direct, and integrate the business & operations, and responsible for the overall management and development of the local Market.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the sales & marketing, operations, and business support functions of the local market.
  • Devise, formulate and implement all business strategies and initiatives to achieve targeted goals.
  • Take ownership of P/L accountability, budget planning and cost management
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory, legal and industrial practices and create a better reputation with all stakeholders.
  • Analyze the regional market landscape, identify business opportunities online and offline channels to drive sales and revenue.
  • Strengthen relationship with existing distributors and build potential distributor base.
  • Oversee and drive digital & e-commerce campaigns and lead teams to support company growth.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for the local markets digital roadmap, assessing feasibility of new growth ideas and initiatives.
  • Review departmental and staff performance to maintain a high standard of quality of work.
  • Ensure smooth running of the office and effective communications between headquarters and other offices.
  • Monitor all processes to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the senior management team.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related discipline with over 5 years of proven strategic and managerial experience in FMCG, health products or skincare.
  • Experience in running overall operation of a company with incredible potential in re-shaping and transforming the company.
  • Be meticulous, hands-on, data-driven, analytical, energetic, entrepreneurial with good business sense.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrate capacity to think creatively and innovate.
  • Aptitude for decision making and strategic thinking.

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
