- Conduct workshops, roadshow product demonstrations, training, and other continuous medical education (CME) events.
- Up-to-date on company's and competitor's product developments and expertise in the market.
- Providing post-sales consultation such as user training, troubleshooting, equipment configuration and proposing solutions for application issues.
- Work closely with sales team to ensure company's product-wise yearly sales and growth targets are achieved.
- Travelling throughout Malaysia and occasionally other countries to provide application support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and always provide a high-level of support to increase customer retention.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/biomedical engineering, optometry or ophthalmology or a related discipline.
- An established candidate with a minimum of 5 year's experience in clinical application, optometry or product marketing role for medical equipment.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel both locally and internationally.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding ability to develop actionable solutions and recommend strategies.
