Job Description: Apply clinical knowledge and skills in the diagnosis and treatment of Hospital patients/clients without any form of sentiments or bias.
- Monitor and provide general follow up care to out-patient and in-patient admitted inthe ward.
- Liase with the consultants and specialist on patients medical condition.
- Maitain complete and accurate documentation of patients laboratory result and encounter.
- Provide health education and supports to patients and their relatives in a detailed manner.
- Felixible morning and night shifts.
