- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos.
- The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for managing, maintaining and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the company's facilities.
- This includes overseeing janitorial services, building maintenance, repairs, and improvements, monitoring project schedules and reporting on project status to management and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- +10 years of experience in facility coordination, building maintenance and/or operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of facility maintenance, safety and security standards/protocols and ability to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and adhere to deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) are a plus
