We are actively seeking ServiceNow Gen AI for one of our client, Please share your resume with current location & full contact info Role:ServiceNow Gen AI Location:Remote Job description Join our dynamic AI implementation team, defining and implementing solutions like conversational flows to tackle complex user issues. Experiment with cutting-edge ServiceNow AI offerings, including Virtual Agent, NLU, and Generative AI, driving innovation before and after market release. Explore deep learning-based AI products, leading the implementation of solutions powered by NLU models and LLMs. Serve as an Sr Developer/Architect, solving intricate user issues and validating newly introduced AI products. Define best practices and educate teams on AI product usage, including auto conflict detection and generative AI tools. Analyze metrics for AI solution quality and advocate best practices for AI-based ITSM/HR/CSM solutions. Prepare high-quality technical deliverables and provide feedback to improve product capabilities based on customer needs. Ensure timely resolution of technical support issues by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. Expertise in ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, and scripting with Glide JavaScript. • Proficiency in integrations and Integration Hub, with preferred knowledge of Python or Java. • Experience in analysis using MS Excel or similar tools, and a strong problem-solving mindset for system integrations.
