South South Sales Manager

Our client is a leading provider of medical solutions dedicated to improving health. We specialize in the local manufacturing of Blood Glucose Monitoring System. With a strong commitment to quality, we strive to make a positive impact in the healthcare industry.  We are seeking a dynamic and experienced  South South Sales Manager (Medical Device)to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth in the medical sector. Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our market presence and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers in the medical industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive the growth of our product portfolio.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance their performance and effectiveness.
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.

• Minimum of HND/BSc. in science related discipline
• Sound territorial knowledge of South South states (Rivers, Cross River, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Edo, Delta) and be a resident.
• Minimum of 5years medical sales experience in the territory (experience of glucometer sales is an added advantage).
• Strong leadership, management skills, with ability to lead and build a team.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
