We at Level SuperMind are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Marketing and Media Buying Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving successful B2C and D2C marketing campaigns with a focus on achieving high Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). This role will be instrumental in strategizing, executing, and optimising campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Media Buying and Optimization:
  • Execute media buying activities across digital channels such as PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and programmatic.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics closely, including ROAS, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives, messaging, and audience targeting for maximum effectiveness.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to adjust media budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting parameters to improve campaign performance continuously.
Creative Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets optimised for conversion.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve creative performance based on campaign results and industry best practices.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to drive informed decision-making.
Budget Management:
  • Manage media budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and ROI.
  • Forecast and track expenses accurately, adjusting strategies as needed to stay within budgetary constraints.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience 3+ years in performance marketing, media buying, or digital advertising roles, preferably in a B2C or D2C environment.
  • Demonstrated success in driving high ROAS and scalable customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, strategies, and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Work Mode: In-Office Working days: Tuesday - Saturday(Sun-Mon fixed off) Office hours: 45 hours/week Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
