About The Role Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: Bangalore. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Capital Markets, with extensive expertise in SQL and Power BI. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of relevant experience in project management within the financial services industry, specifically in capital markets. Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead and oversee all aspects of capital market projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, executives, and project teams, to ensure project alignment and successful delivery. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively implementing solutions to minimize impact on project delivery. Resource Management: Manage project resources, including staffing, budgets, and external vendors, to ensure optimal project performance. Technical Expertise: Utilize strong SQL and Power BI skills to analyze data, develop insights, and provide recommendations to enhance project outcomes. Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and technological advancements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management with a focus on capital markets.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, delivering on time and within budget.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Power BI, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.
- Solid understanding of capital markets products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing competing priorities and driving results.
