Senior Product Manager

At Pepper Content ( we are building a powerful Content Marketing Platform which will help marketing teams to ideate, create and distribute content fast and at scale with the power of generative AI and our expert talent network. Over the past 5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators of which we work with the top 5% talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, Atlassian and the likes. The platform is an ideal ally for content teams on which we combine the power of GenAI technology like ChatGPT with custom training of the models and advanced prompt engineering. We are building this AI + Human Intelligence platform for fast-growth SMB, mid-market and enterprise customers that helps marketers manage all their activities ranging from content creation to workflow management and content distribution. To facilitate all our ambitions, we are looking for an experienced product manager who has a keen eye for product vision and an innovative mind to develop them. The product manager will join a dynamic and fast paced environment, and will be a liaison between the revenue, design and the tech team to design, build and roll-out winning products that aligns with the company’s vision and mission. The motto should be to Move fast and ship constantly. Measure results, then iterate based on learnings. Job Responsibilities:

• Understand content creation nuances and build AI-based smart product flows to craft a revolutionary user experience for the use case
• Come up with changes in Product based on customer feedback
• Design tweaks to increase activation and adoption funnel
• Analyze similar product offerings and identify differentiation opportunities that can be worked upon
• Devise smart automations in the content lifecycle using GenAI technologies
• Absorb all the complexities and the processes, and make simple, elegant and polished solution that simplify user experience
• Create and maintain detailed product specifications and documentation that clearly articulate the product roadmap
• Practice build vs buy and identify opportunities to collaborate with third parties for adding effective and scalable product features and functionalities

• Have 3 years of minimum working experience in SaaS product teams that have scaled from scratch
• Have demonstrated success in defining and launching products
• Solid technical background with understanding in software development and web technologies
• Keen on understanding GPT and LLM models
• Strong sense of Product Design Principles
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
• Be able to lead cross discipline discussions without formal authority
• Very sound communication skills to listen and articulate opinions of all the stakeholders of the product
• Collaborate with Persuasiveness rather than authority
• Have strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously
