We are seeking a skilled Online Counsellor specializing in the Design category with a focus on Architecture (BArch department). This role primarily involves providing expert guidance and advice to clients and customers in the realm of design, particularly architecture. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and emerging trends within the industry. The role entails remote consultation through various online platforms to assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their design projects. Key Responsibilities:

1. Consultation Services:

• Offer expert advice and guidance to clients in the Design category, specifically within the realm of architecture.
• Assist clients in conceptualizing, planning, and executing architectural projects.
• Provide insights on design principles, spatial planning, material selection, and sustainability practices.
• Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

1. Project Support:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and goals.
• Offer recommendations and solutions tailored to the specific needs and constraints of each project.
• Review architectural plans, sketches, and renderings to provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

1. Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and technologies in the field of architecture and design.
• Familiarize oneself with the products and services offered by the company, including software tools, materials, and design resources.

1. Online Engagement:

• Conduct virtual consultations via online platforms, video calls, and emails.
• Utilize digital tools and resources to enhance the online consultation experience for clients.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all online interactions with clients and colleagues.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Keep detailed records of client interactions, including notes, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
• Generate reports summarizing key insights, client feedback, and trends observed during consultations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to share valuable feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (BArch degree preferred).
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using online collaboration tools and virtual meeting platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
