  • Lead the negotiation and benchmark for key raw material category, drive cost improvement and exceed the given target.
  • Use analytics and reporting to create practical business insights and optimize overall value chain performance.
  • Keep abreast commodities trend, innovative technical solution, incorporate demand/supply market insight to optimize our client's competitive advantage
  • Perform sourcing and develop short and long term strategic plan that is in line with business target on cost, quality and lead time.
  • Demonstrate problem solving mindset and collaborate with cross functional teams to improve current practice.
  • Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent supply and quality, manage sustainable business partnership.
  • Execute procurement activities in line with our client's policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and willing to support team member in enhancing procurement skill.
  • Lead entire raw material team and provide guidance, coaching to team members.
Job Requirements: REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCES:-
  • Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, finance, economics, business administration or relevant field of study.
  • Minimum 3-5 years work experience in procurement and supply chain, preferably FMCG Food.
REQUIRED LANGUAGES:- OTHER REQUIREMENTS (if any) :-
  • Strong analytical skill in Microsoft excel, power point and SAP tool.
  • Able to thrive in fast pace and rapid changing environment
  • Confident, self starter and result oriented and able to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in FMCG Food ingredient management and extensive operational knowledge will be highly valued
