Authority Liaison Officer

• Assisting the department to plan, implement and overlook projects at predevelopment stage.
• Attending client consultant meeting and authority pre-consultation/ coordination meeting.
• Ensuring a consistent collaboration inter department especially in relation to authorities’ requirement and submission especially during project planning stage.
• Executing the planning and ensuring all approvals will meet the targeted timeline.
• Assisting in conducting land search on proposed lot and identifying the neighbouring lots to update the LCP and borang perihal tanah / Kembaran A at PTD stage during KM/DO.
• Providing the authorities, consultants and contractors’ relevant checklist and documentations related to project.
• Handle all matters Authority and Compliance (Land Office / Local Authority Municipal Council in Selangor /Kuala Lumpur
• Undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Property Development, Building or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and able to communicate with all levels and government authorities.
• Ability to work under pressure independently 
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High standard of written and verbal communication.
• Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage
