Pinpoint Asia Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Posted 2 days ago Permanent MYR 200K / year + Performance Bonus & Medical Our client, a leading FinTech Group, is building an international operation center in Malaysia to support their global cross-border payment, digital payment, and digital banking expansion. They have over 50 headcounts from junior Java developers to senior developers and managers. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, real-time, high throughput, and secure cross-border payment solutions using Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications for payment/ digital banking applications.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure the quality and stability of the financial systems.
• Optimize and enhance existing payment and banking solutions to improve performance and scalability.
• Research and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language, Spring/ JUnit framework, Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.
• Strong communication in English, and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
• Proficiency in version control systems, unit testing, and continuous integration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to apply critical thinking to resolve complex technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in the financial, payment, or banking industry. 
• User requirement analysis experience
