- Support Process Improvement and Automation department strategy and road map including identifying improvement opportunities to streamline with company-wide transformation and digitalization strategy.
- Actively lead teams and apply Lean methodology, DMAIC cycle and Lean tools at every stage of the project.
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define/design the solution, develop the business case and influence the decisions.
- Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with user.
- Deliver process Improvement methodology trainings & coaching.
- Communicate effectively across teams and group
- Keep the business leaders informed about progress in various areas that impact business
- Managing process change
- Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
- Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Re-engineering
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook.
- TOP 5 GENERIC SKILLS & COMPETENCIES A bachelor’s degree in IT, Eng or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Process analysis, Process Re-Engineering preferably in the Insurance or Banking environment
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Have experience in business process designs and facilitation
