What the day will look like The Senior Consultant will be accountable for leading the Human Capital Solutions practice in Malaysia providing leadership to all aspects of the business in the Market.
- Drive people advisory projects in the South East Asia region leveraging global expertise as well as local consulting capabilities. Create trusted relationship with clients at senior levels. Help to extend or expand existing work to sell the client on other Aon consulting services. Resolve client issues with timelines, quality of project team. Performance to the client satisfaction.
- Business development in SEA with a focus on People strategy, human capital M&A, Total Rewards, and Strategic Communication.
- Contribute to people advisory content development through innovative ideas. Play a leading role in contributing to human capital solutions research and article or white paper or applied content to a speech or webcast.
- Play an important role in developing the technical / consulting skills of our team members. Support development of the HCS capabilities and offerings.
- Deliver strong topline growth and profitability for the firm by collaborating across solution lines and driving operational efficiency
- Displaying industry knowledge and understanding client segment trends and integrating that knowledge into advisory solutions
- You are expected to be stationed in Singapore and KL
- 10+ years of successful experience in adding value to client business results (ideally in a consulting role.) with a strong business acumen
- 10+ years experience in a Human Capital related role preferred but not essential
- “Executive presence” for senior stakeholder management, facilitating C-Suites and Board of Directors discussions
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, across multiple domains like rewards, talent , people advisory etc.
- Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
- High analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Knowledge and experience in international project management and the ability to multi-task
- Willingness to travel if required.
- Independent, proactive and customer focused.
