Working hours : 9am 6pm (MonFri) 9am 2pm (Sat) Working Location: Kempas Lama Johor Bahru. Salary Range: Basic RM 2500 RM3500 Benefit: Petro Allowance Travelling Allowance Incentive Allowance (Base on Performance) Bonus Monthly Sales Target Halfyear Target (Gloss Allowance plus commission: RM 4500 RM7000) Job Description: 1. Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. 2. Services existing accounts obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. 3. Submit orders on time to maintain sales growth. 4. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses. 5. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing products new products delivery schedules and merchandising techniques. 6. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems developing solutions preparing reports and making recommendations to management. 7. Complete relevant work results as needed team communication and cooperation spirit. Job Requirement: 1. Have a driving license & own transportation 2.
