About the company An enterprise service company driven by big data and commercial intelligent technology committed to provide fullchain solutions and growth platforms for global branding for China Companies. Working Location : Bangsar Salary Range : RM 3000 RM 5000 Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management: Develop and execute recruitment plans for various roles manage the anchor team handle employee issues.
- Compensation and Benefits Management: Administer compensation and benefits plans.
- Compliance with Labor Laws: Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian labor laws handle employee contracts and regulations.
- Onboarding and Offboarding Management: Oversee onboarding assist with offboarding manage attendance and employee files.
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR and recruitment in Malaysia live streaming industry experience preferred.
- Skills and Knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws strong recruitment skills excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Language: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin preferred) basic proficiency in Malay.
