What is Head of Brands & Communications? You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing and influence marketing strategies tailored to our target audience. Your role will encompass agency management, strategic planning, campaign management, and media buying across various digital platforms for Jazz. The role has 3 direct reports with an extended team of 20+ team members What does Head of Brands & Communications do?

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling digital campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Lead the development of influence marketing strategies to leverage key influencers and thought leaders in the industry.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across channels such as social media, display, search, and email.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer service to align marketing efforts and drive integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor industry regulations and compliance requirements related to digital marketing practices, ensuring adherence to standards and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  • Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify market trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Drive the development of compelling brand messaging and positioning that effectively communicates our value proposition and resonates with our target audience.
  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize marketing performance, track KPIs, and measure ROI across all marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Represent the marketing function in leadership meetings, providing strategic guidance and insights to drive business decisions.

  • Customer Centricity: Deep understanding of customer buying journeys & filtering all business decisions through the eyes of our customer Creative & persuasive content creation & distribution across a variety of digital channels Performance measurement & analysis both online & offline
  • Project management & process management: A digital expert in traffic generation, lead management, content marketing/inbound marketing, conversion optimization, SEO, marketing automation & social media marketing tools to master:
  • Sense Data Tool like Marketo (simple & advanced campaigns)
  • Google Analytics
  • Facebook Business Manager (managed by Local Agency)
  • Hotjar/Adobe Target
  • SEM Rush
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum Years of Experience : 12-15 years
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, influence marketing, and media buying, preferably within the telecommunications, FMCG or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices.
  • Experience managing external agencies and partners, with a focus on building and maintaining productive relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
