Head of Fintech Lagos

Our Client owns a Fintech subsidiary and is on the lookout for a dynamic and entrepreneurial executive for the role of a Head Of Fintech to join their journey in revolutionizing the fintech industry across Africa. They are an earlystage business focusing on innovative financial solutions and payment possibilities for businesses everywhere. Their mission is to make financial services accessible to everyone. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction as head of our subsidiary. Work collaboratively to shape the vision strategy and culture of the subsidiary. Be actively involved in all aspects of the business from product development to product launch. Drive business growth and development ensuring the successful launch and scaling of our products/services. What We Are Looking For: A committed individual ready to engage in this role fulltime. Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for fintech and innovation. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams (experience in fintech or related fields is a plus). Ability to generate revenue that surpasses approved. Willingness to participate in a compatibility assessment to ensure alignment with our team and values. Prior financial experience is highly desirable. Benefits Role budget N50M gross annual shares. Relevant professional experience within an e-commerce, retail merchandising, wholesaling, or category management role Experience working with top phone and popular electronics brands and scaling new businesses Adequate knowledge of the Online Marketplace and the Ecommerce Industry Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (Hubspot) Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, and exceptional organizational skills Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environments Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
