Location: Ikoyi Lagos About Company: Our client is an iconic African fashion brand that specializes in apparel designs for the elite class with a strong root in its African heritage that connotes elegance and class. The Company is seeking to hire a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide proactive and professional support to the MD. This role will be most suitable for someone with the ability to thrive in a very fastpaced work environment and one who can multitask and possess good problemsolving skills. The ideal candidate for this role must be very social media savvy and smart and have profound experience in the fashion space. Key Responsibilities may include but may not be limited to: Manage the MDs calendars and set up meetings and appointments To proactively take responsibility for ensuring that all aspects of the MD s work are effectively supported and managed. Arranging and managing meeting invitations internally and externally making travel arrangements as required and managing itineraries effectively. Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external clients Support the MD by following up on key actions decisions and data as required and liaising with other senior people both locally and internationally in order to provide satisfactory communication and information on behalf of the MD. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Make travel and accommodation arrangements Any other duties as assigned by the MD

Requirements

Secondclass degree (upper) in any relevant field from a reputable university 13 years of experience as an executive assistant preferably in a fashion space Must be social media savvy and ability to write memos and carry out presentations. Proximity to the Island is highly required Ability to take initiative and good problemsolving skills Must possess a strong work ethic and astute professional by nature Must have a tenacious approach and must be able to work well with people Ability to multitask and must be selfdriven Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment Strong knowledge of MS Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding organizational and time management skills Must be very Smart and highly organized

Benefits

Compensation: Base Pay is BTW N150000.00 N250000.00 other interesting benefits.
