We are recruiting skillful and experienced talents to join our team in the capacity below: Job Title: Female Hotel Assistant Supervisor Location: Abuja (FCT)Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Hotel Supervisor in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff across various departments, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and implementing necessary training programs.
  • Assist in maintaining high-quality guest service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and handling any guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and execute events, meetings, and conferences held in the hotel.
  • Assist in managing room reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and special promotions to provide accurate information to guests and staff.
  • Assist in managing inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing wastage.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff, following established safety and security procedures.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting, as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hotel Assistant Supervisor or a similar supervisory role in the hotel and hospitality industry.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in the hotel and hospitality industry are preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this position.
